Idaho Rod and Reel uses UPS as it's primary shipping source utilizing services such as SurePost, Ground, Second Day Air, Next Day Air and others as needed. Tracking numbers are included with every online purchase.

Orders over $75 are shipped free of charge.

Orders that are between $0.00 and $74.99 are charged a flat rate of $7.00.

Orders that are considered oversized or "Heavy" will be billed at full shipping.

Idaho Rod and Reel will do it's very best to limit the charges incurred for shipping.

Idaho Rod and Reel Return Policy

Idaho Rod and Reel will accept returns on any item purchased through our website so long as the product is in it's original packaging and remains unused and free from damage. Items to be returned must have return authorization. Please email: [email protected] with the Subject: "Return Request" and the invoice number and part number of the item that you would like to return.

Return shipping is free if the reason for the return is due to an error caused by Idaho Rod and Reel. Otherwise, the purchaser agrees to pay the return shipping.
